A key component of Living Wage Schools is the telling of the personal stories of cleaners, caretakers, canteen staff, and groundskeepers (CCCGS). We aim to demystify the work these workers are doing, show how they are embedded in the school community, and present the reality of life on the minimum wage. Additionally, we will also be collecting the stories of the school community about why they appreciate and value the contribution that CCCGs make to their local school.
